1. Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in your currency. We may cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will refund any payment taken.

2. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. QuackRiders is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or orders lost due to incorrect address details.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Safe Use

QuackRiders products are decorative accessories. Install your pendant so that it does not block your view, interfere with the controls of your vehicle, or distract you while driving or riding. Do not attach it to airbags, steering wheels, or any safety equipment. Contains small parts and is not a toy for children under 3 years old. QuackRiders is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuackRiders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
